With us, you only pay for services which you actually use. Should it be determined in the course of relocating that you no longer require services which you have booked, you do not have to pay for them. And should you subsequently desire additional services, we can put them into an inexpensive package.

All of the extras, for instance mileage and telephone costs, are already included in our offer. You can be certain that you will only pay the price agreed to. There are no additional or hidden charges.

Many questions only arise in the course of the daily routine. That is why we remain a contact for you and your staff long after the actual relocation process is over, offering you advice and assistance.

The first impression of a city is the most important one. You’ll gain a real impression of this fascinating and lively metropolis.

If you would like, we will pick you up at the airport and personally accompany you during your orientation tour of Berlin. We will help you get a feeling for your new hometown and provide you with information about possible places to live.

And if you should not have the time to come to Berlin personally, we will also find a solution from here.


Authorities
A move always involves a lot of dealings with the authorities. We know what has to be done and take care of all the necessary activities, so that you are free to concentrate on what is important to you!











Housing Search
Home sweet home - So that you can really feel comfortable in your new home, we work up a tailor-made needs analysis together with you. We will look for your new apartment or home according to your wishes.

We will personally accompany you when look at homes and will support you in the negotiations of the lease or purchase, right up to the hand-over. Of course we will arrange for all the utilities and take care of organizational aspects such as painting or a security deposit for your apartment.
